By the end of this program, you will have the confidence to self-manage your medications and navigate any obstacles should they arise.

- Diabetes medications and why they are used
- How to identify key information on medication boxes
- Common side effects and how to manage them
- Obstacles that may prevent medications being taken as prescribed and how to manage this
- How to work with healthcare professionals to develop a medication plan you are comfortable with
