Move More, Feel Good - build confidence and strength with our free 8-week movement program
Beat It online is a free 8-week movement and lifestyle program designed to help you live well with diabetes. This program will be delivered entirely Online using a video conferencing platform (e.g. Microsoft Teams). This program involves moderate intensity aerobic, strength and balance based exercises as well as education sessions on healthier living.
Program days and times: Mondays and Fridays at 11:00am (AEST)*
Led by an exercise professional, Beat It Online is tailored to your individual needs and movement level. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to get back into a routine, this friendly and supportive program can help you improve your fitness, build confidence, and better manage your diabetes.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll take part in a structured movement program and gain practical advice to help you stay active and healthy.
Your program will include:
• Initial health and fitness assessment
• Tailored movement plan
• 16 group movement sessions (2 per week)
• Education sessions
• Progress tracking
• Final consultation
• Final consultation
Each session is delivered in a supportive group setting, with individual movement tailored to your needs.
Please note that this program is only suitable for adults aged 18 years and older.

** There will be a two‑week break in the program, which means the overall finish date has been extended. Your sessions will pause between 11 May and resume on 25 May The trainer discuss more detail during initial assessment.
