MedSmart covers:
  • What is happening in the body
  • Diabetes medications and why they are used
  • How to identify key information on medication boxes
  • Common side effects and how to manage them
  • Obstacles that may prevent medications being taken as prescribed and how to manage this
  • How to work with healthcare professionals to develop a medication plan you are comfortable with
By the end of this program, you will have the confidence to self-manage your medications and navigate any obstacles should they arise.

Please note that this program is only suitable for adults aged 18 years and older.
