In this program, you can select from a range of topics, including:
- Benefits of becoming active or more active
- The different types of physical activity
- How to overcome stumbling blocks and make being active a habit
- How to sustain exercise and get back on track if you fall off track
- Support to help you get active
This program can be completed in your own time and may be accessed via a computer, smartphone or tablet with access to the internet.
